HospiCheck Checklist
A list of what we ask hospitals in order to prepare a HospiCheck report.
HospiCheck reports are very extensive. So before you start the process of ordering a HospiCheck report, you should know what information you will need.
This a LOT of data. But many administrators often know these amounts or have this information in an easily accessible format.
